About Us

Our Story

We purchased our first 2 Nubian goats in 2006 and fell instantly in love with the breed! We began to increase our herd with the goal of someday starting a small dairy. When we relocated to South Carolina in 2016, we began to build our dairy and in 2018 became a Grade A Raw Milk dairy and Cheese facility.

Nancy has a degree in Veterinary Technology and has extensive experience in animal husbandry. She has also worked in the financial industry for more than 30 years and has extensive knowledge of small business and farm operations. She is the producer of our soaps and body care line, chèvre & feta cheeses.

Brad is a retired maintenance manager and is in charge of our milking operations. He takes care of day-to-day maintenance as well as building improvements. He is the producer of our very popular Havarti-style cheeses and our beautiful woodworking items!

Our farm focuses on a reduced carbon footprint. We strive to be a zero-waste facility utilizing all components of our milk either in our direct products or sharing them with other small farms. We are environmentally conscious as well as health conscious and produce our products with minimal ingredients and minimal processing.
